Some pictures of the progress, everything except the dash is done. Shows the new choke location, which i think is perfect. Maybe even better than my original idea of converting to a push/pull choke.

Yup, I mounted it on the plastics front fender with the cable going into the side of the plastics. You can see it in the last picture I posted in this thread. It turned out pretty nice I think. Looks like I'll be getting the final version of the custom dash that I have been working on designing with decentZ89 this week and have the DS ready to ride again by the weekend!

The project is now complete!! here are a few more pictures of how it went step by step and the final product.
Prototype #1  Prototype #2  Final result (made from .09" stainless steel plate)  Some picts of it mounted up     Front view (with new wheel spacers too)  Thanks to decentZ89 for the CNC work done on this awesome dash. He's an great guy and can make any ideas you have into reality.
