They're going to get back to me tomorrow. I just spoke with them again. They've actually got a live chat on their site, so that helped. They've forwarded it to their technical department. It was a salesman that tried helping me out, so he didn't know what he was talking about.

i'll give them a few days to make it right, if not, time for the dremel.
