Do you have the spring that goes on the screw?

Yeah i can hear it when i turn it in and out. Only till about 2.5 turns out i wont hear it anymore.

Well When you say it starts good cold, what temperature is that around? Definatly sounds like a needle problem

Well when i was tuning it last it was about 30 degree's and it started up great. Today was 55 degrees.

Maybe your pilot is too fat? I had to drop mine b/c of some bogging, and it started w/o choke with the bigger pilot.

30 degrees and no choke? I would try going further in with the screw and try your needle two clips higher ans two lower.

I'll go further in will the screw and the needle was on the 4th from the bottom when i checked it i moved it to the 3rd from the bottom.

When i was out riding with the QS3 not tuned and the needle 4th clip i couldn't downshift correctly because of a bog.

Now that i changed it without the core it works great.

But after i put the core in today it started acting funny. (Fuel/Air screw fell out too but it stayed in because of the starter there to stop it)

Yep, mine started right up with a 48 and no choke, dropped it down to a 45. Now it needs the choke to start, and the bog is gone... very similar to what tucker's going through.

The gas tank was not as full as it was the other day but i don't think its amount of fuel related because even at full throttle for a while it wouldn't stutter. Only at 0 to WOT and 1/2 to WOT.

I do have a raptor petcock coming.

And when i checked the plug yesterday it looked toasty.

You shouldn't be able to start w/ no choke in this weather. I'm still gonna say your pilot circuit is too fat.

55 degree's in February. And yeah i'll turn it in and try riding Friday. I have school all tomorrow.

Pilot jet is not adjustable. You have to take it out, replace it with a smaller jet.

Can't you tweak it with the mixture screw?
