I believe the TRX shocks are a little shorter than the Z shocks, so it's going to lower the front end a little... You may want to get a CRJ rear lowering link for the quad after you install these shocks.

i think overall it wasnt to bad of a deal.....the 450r's springs are softer also.....if ride height is an issue for you then id sell these and get some 05-08 Z400 shocks..its a stiffer spring winding and you can adjust the preload a bit better on them than the 450r's...my 2 cents

They will be a little more stiffer, but they're also fully adjustable so you can soften them up a good bit if you would like... I'd say it's a pretty good deal, seeing how you can't really get Z shocks for less than $175, and 450R shocks are definitely better!

I think shocks in general are way over priced, they seem like a pretty good deal tho. Barncat's DVX always sat lower than mine, it took us a while to figure out why. In fact just by chance one day I noticed that his a-arms were more flat than mine, doing some research show that they were about 1/2 -3/4 shorter than stock
