Default PC Stock Arms

Ok I have searched all over and can't find a straight answer. I am planning on getting alot of parts powder coated and I'm trying to figure out what all it is going to take to do the stock arms. here is what I have so far
1. Remove Upper Ball Joints
2. Remove Boots of lower ball joints and try to clean out grease.
3. When finished replace grease as good as possible and put boots back on.

What about the bushings/bearings? can I leave them in? If not can I reuse them? They are in good shape and I don't want to buy new ones. My reuild budget has somehow went from 500 to 1500 pretty quick. haha thanks

You'll want to tape over the bearings so no powder gets in there. Better option would be to find a plug that fits the holes.

Removing the bearings is a beotch.

Another suggestion is to do the lower ball joint mod (since your PCing them and Im assuming keeping them for a while. Doesnt seem hard and would be better than doing the grease thing.
Lower Ball Joint Mod
