fly racing bars

Got a budy that bought some fly racing barsfor his 04 z400. Got em in and he thinks they wont work. Dont know exactly what he got, but he really thinks they wont work. I havent seen em, Any ideas?

I don't see why they wouldn't work.. They're a handlebar just like any other. Maybe he got a set of handlebars that have the 1 1/8" base and needs the larger clamps for it to work.

i think he got the wrong bend. I think he thought high bend was right. But he got honda cr high bend. so nevermind
