Help Identifying Cams...?

So the other day when I had the valve cover off to check valve lash, I noticed that I didn't see any of the typical markings on the cam gears like I see in all of the pics and illustrations ....such as like 3,2,1 with an arrow or something,... my cams look to be in good shape along with the cam gears,.. but it just struck me as strange - I'll try and post some pics tonight but I was just wondering if I have some aftermarket stuff in here or something - It's an 03 KFX 400 by the way.

Thanks
Rick

The part #s are showing time be a style of Hotcams. I'd give hotcam a call and see if you can get some info on them. The exhaust looks like it could be considered what rheumatoid call a E cam. Just going by what the results on Google said..

No I can seem to edit it after it posts. Might just been where I'm using it on my phone.

That's cool you were able to get it confermed that it was a hotcam. Did you remember how many years pins the timing was. Stock is 15 and my hotcams are 14.5. I have stage 2 though

Yeah,.. it ended up being a 14.5 pin's in between,... but the installation PDF Cam from Hot Cam's sent me said specifically "15",.. even in the diagram it showed 15 .... goofy!
