Default New years riding at TNT motorsports park

Well first off I would like to say that if you live in North or South Carolina TNT is an awesome place to ride. They keep their tracks well groomed along with the trails, But there are only two tracks that ATV's are allowed on.

Here is my friend Slava on his YFZ450. Its 46" wide so he didn't do as good as he could have in the corners but still was fast!. The specs on the YFZ:
Houser LT +1 a-arms
Fox float Evolvs
houser stem
Tag bars
Motor:
Stock bore CP 12.75:1
MMAD warpspeed intake cam
FCI intake
Lite porting
GYTR slip-on(shorty)

a

He fly's front end high witch came back at the end of day two to bite him in the...leg. He landed on the throttle with the front end still up, it was a landing that went straight into a left hand corner, he overshot the berm(on the front brakes) nose dived into a ditch and ended up upside down on the track entrance. He was fine for a while, found out when we got home he broke his fibula(bone in leg). tweaked the subframe pretty bad bit other than that he had a great time. Between the berm and the track entrance is 20 ft of woods so it was kind of like a function, In goes slava one side, on the quad rightside up, then out comes slava under the quad upside down From where I was standing it was quite hilarious!

Heres my friend Parker, he rides a YZ250F (bone stock) and is damn good on it! Didn't get many pictures of him due to him going into a corner hard as hell and rocketing out even faster till he lost the front end and the bike body slammed him straight into the ground. He stood up, bike still idleing on its side, his visor had broke in two and looked like ears on his helmet. He was dazed and confused(rung his bell) He walked off the track and I grabbed the bike. He gashed his leg good but ten minutes later he was smart enough to call it quits that day. Oh and even before all that he had the urge to hop on the YFZ and take it on the flat track, He ended up flipping it! bent the stem a bit and messed up the plastics.

And heres me on the LTZ finally with the Hiper/kenda tire combo and Dyna on it!

^^^^ Whats wrong with the background of this picture???

Needles to say we had a great time. Everybody at TNT are very friendly and if you need help they are more than willing to lend a hand. I had stripped a hub the first day. the rim would spin freely on the axle. we ended up using a massive lock washer from some dozer parts to tighten the hub down. and it held!

I want to thank parker for taking the sweet action shots of me and slava, but I wish he would make me get pictures of him first BEFORE he lays it down!

Haha I couldn't do the woods, I can't stand hitting trees. Still have pain in my leg from the last set of handlebars.

I love the woods. I love a FAST trail thru the woods. I love a FAST TRAIL thru the woods with a HIGH pucker factor!

I was just telling my brother(beaverclever) today, that there is nothing like ripping thru the woods in 3rd gear, with the nose off the ground, and no idea whats in front of you. It's a bit of a rush.!

Nice pics! I'd love to do some MX, but my 37 year old knees don't take the hits like they used to.

I just don't like to...suddenly stop. I like sliding stops, I can kinda prepare for the pain before hand
