Default Epic pov camera

Anybody heard of or used these cams? I have an opportunity to pick them up as a sponsor and was wondering about the quality, easy use, durability of them. Thanks in advance for the input

I watched some videos on YouTube. Didn't look that impressive really. I've seen better quality videos from GoPro and Contour.

Old Standard def Epics Suck. Like an old camera phone. But I am sure you are talking about the new Epic HD. Not as user friendly or as easily mountable as the the GoPro HD or the Contour HD. But still a decent camera. If you were going to be buying one I would say look at the GoPro or Contour but if you are getting on for free, then by all means get it and you won't be dissapointed.

They are still making a ton of money off of you. I used to sell cameras for a living and I know that the Epics and GoPros have a 85% reseller mark up. So the main company is still making money even if it they discounted 50% from full retail for you. I would buy it if you could get them to do 50% off but if not. Go with the new GoPro HD2. The company Epic isnt doing that great anyways so you can probably get them to do it.
