I want a 20 fin one also[/b]
i got one of the 20 fin coolers from CFM performance on ebay. before i put it on, my fan was coming on a lot. i havent noticed it so much since i put it on. it been on for almost 2 years now and i like it. it was just a bit of a pain to get it on at first. i just dont like how you have two really small pieces of hose on each end. but, i havent had any problems.

i have never had a problem with my Z overheating with its stock fan. I also dont have too many upgrades that might be why.

That's snake oil. Bullchit. Not real.

Spend your money if you want - give us some dyno runs of the before and after install, and show us what the power advantage really is.[/b]

thats true ,it is snake oil !! BUT....... if the fan comes on sooner ....the heat will not get of control because its reduced BEFORE it gets to a temp of 210 when the fan comes on. i have one and think its a great idea . as far as the hp benefit ...thats bs. i put a maual fan switch on my x/c 450r just to prevent this snowballing temp issue...and yes it does work well. if the fan kicks on before there is an issue it will prevent the overheating BEFORE IT STARTS !!!!! THATS MY STORY AND IM STICKING TO IT

One of my buddys used water wetter for TT racing. He filled the system with straight water wetter and a few races later his engine siezed because all the water wetter turned into a solid and clogged up everything. He showed me the cylinder after he took it apart there was orange wax looking shi@ in all the water ports!! So be aware dont use straight water wetter!! He isn't the smartest guy

gravedigger!

Watter wetter is supposed to be mixed with coolant. I think its like a capful for a gallon or something. If he was running it straight or high mixed then yes you'll have a problem. I'm assuming the lubricating and cooling properties are not as good as water or coolant
