I was able to find mine at a good Ace Hardware that has all the boxes of stuff. I don't have stainless on any but my FCR and the hardened black ones work fine.
Check a bolt place. We have a place called SoCal Bolt right down the street that has just about everything.

Got them at the ace hardware locally. They were in separate bins above the normal ones with the more common screws.

Check to make sure your intake boot does not have any leaks and that your throttle cable is not routed wrong and pulling on it.

No leaks in the boots. But I found that part # 52 is causing some of the issue cause its screwed up.icon2003 Suzuki LTZ400 Parts, 2003 Suzuki LTZ400 OEM Parts - BikeBandit.com and right where the throttle cable goes into the carb the brass piece is broken right underneath the nut. SO I need to get part 3 52 and possibly a stripped down carb... Do they make repair kits for that piece where its broke off under the nut ? Its what bolt # 47 goes onto.
