Looks like the clip is part of the cable.....as in you got to by the cable to get the clip. I can fab something up if need be....

Got the thumber in the mail the other day. It's a little dirty but it'll clean up nice and everything is there, including that cable clip.
Now I'm looking at the Tusk Hot Start and Tusk lever for the kids quad. Total cost would be $11.99 for Hot Start Clutch Perch and $3.99 for a CR style lever. I think it's worth a shot. RMATV's never steered me wrong yet.
