Default Waterproofing?

Hi, Did some riding today and it was wet! (lots of 3'+ deep "puddle crossings")
At breaktime, wouldn't start! I had to give Blob a little tappy-tap, got intermittent starter engagement.

I have used an item called "Corrosion X" in the past to waterproof ESC's and recievers in model boats, but Local hardware doesn't carry it anymore.

Wanting to know (other than blob removal) what ya'll have found good to waterproof switches and whatnot?

Order it (Corrosion X) online. That's good stuff.
Try fishing or boating sites. I use the oil in my reels.

I just did the blob removal. It was very easy and it looks really good, plus you don't have to move your arm to reverse!

I think the total cost for doing this was about $50+. I could give you the info on the parts I bought if you would like.

Your weep hole is plugged up if your getting water around the spark plug.

It's a small hole on the left side of the head (if you are sitting on the four wheeler), towards the bottom. It's a pretty small hole, and if its plugged it allows water to sit in the spark plug hole.

You could try some die-electric grease.
