Default Best way to....

Seal up beadlock rims. I have a set of hipers and they have always leaked. What have you done to seal your beadlocks?

How bad is the leak(s)? Do you actually know where it's leaking? I have a set of Hipers and DWTs and have never had any leaking issues out of either set.

Won't hold air for 5 minutes. Although I have never siliconed them, so I will give that a try. they are the Tech 3's and the hub is good, no nicks around the sealing surface and both O-rings are there, both good.

Just my guess, but if you're loosing air that fast, you have bigger issues than what a little silicon can cure. Is the air leaking out the beadlock side? Are you sure you have the tire bead seated properly in the beadlock ring? How tight are you tightening the beadlock bolts down to?

What "o-ring" are you referring to BTW?

It's leaking from between the rim halfs, Tightening to hiper specs( 11ft/lbs) . There are two large O-rings that go between each rim half and the aluminum hub.

Assuming that the o-rings are properly set, there's no dirt or anything else, I see no problem with siliconing the wheel halfs to the center hub.
