Search
I've been on this site almost daily for 2 1/2 years and have seen alot of people ask questions. Yeah some are a little rediculous. And most people are told to search. What I would like to see is a Sticky with all the little tips and tricks involved in using the search function. " " or ( ) or just what. Aren't there some search tips somewhere? Maybe I missed em.

If I remember correctly there use to be a tips section on the advanced search page that doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Words with 3 letter or less wont be searched so for example you would write oil, "oil".
If you want the search to search for something write it like this, for example, "oil filter" or it will search for all the threads that contain the word filter and all the thread with oil, so you might get threads about air filters and threads about oil types instead of threads about the oil filter itself. And that's all I know.

Yeah I brought this up awhile ago, I e-mailed whoever owned the site or ran it (I think that was who). No response, no change. It would be nice.
