I was wondering if anyone thought about getting Susukicentral a Ventrilo server.

I see over 200 on the forums almost all the time. Would be interesting to voice chat with people.

I would rather see opinion's typed then voice lol people get loud some times in there typing can you picture a argument threw voice. Lol people would get banned. paltalk got shut down for a wile cus of something like what your talking about. It would be kinda kool

Its a way of literally speaking to other people. You download a program and put that information in and you can talk to other people using a mic. It's used a lot in the gaming world.

So I can say "shut up" instead of typing it... I know a guy on another forum that could really benifit from this.

It sounds cool but a little gay at the same time. Is there a way to tell who is on or is it a guessing game?

i bet its like paltalk. paltalk use to be free now you have to pay. they have a chat room its called release your anger and you could say anything you want there is no rules, normally there fighting each other its quite fun in that room just to sit there and here peoples stupid opinions. then they have other rooms such as this room "in need of help" and other stuff like that, al done by mic. i really like the music rooms, every one gets a turn to play music from the puter, any kind of any brand of music. im not sure if its still a place you can go any more but i do know that they made it so you have to pay to be there. i seen other things like what tucker is saying but i dont trust ip addresses. unless its a well known site i wont go there. i would rather stay here

The ip address is the server IP for Ventrilo. Ventrilo is a widely used voice application. After you install it you setup your name.. IE for me I would use Gremlin.

Than you add a "server" and put this IP and port in. Than connect to the server and chat it up.

It's actually used a bunch in business and such.

Ventrillo is nothing more than a web based conference call. You either wear a headset or use a mic to talk to people. It's mainly used for online gaming, but you can use it for whatever. I host one in my online racing league, definitely beneficial for that. Aside from trying to walk someone through a mod or project, I don't see how useful it would be for us on here. My .02
