Headlights!!!

HID all the way.
One of the 4" Kragen HID's would put out way better light then those Walmart lights.
I for one want all the light I can get at night..........either way when it's dark you still can't see over the edge................
We don't night-ride anything like we use to.....use to be buzzed and all out.
Now it's a night putt with the kids through the small stuff.

ya those are the ones I was talking about. I'm going to get a set tomorrow and.fool around with different mounting spots. I seen by the tee in the.front brake line there is 2 small holes. but I hardly ever.night ride so lighting isn't that big of a deal. also.I'll have some.brake line clamps.in a week or so to try that out as well

I got my trail tech's the other day and i have been busy with school and work lately so i haven't gotten to instal them yet. Hopefully next week sometime i will get them installed and will compare them with the walmart lights.

I have the walmart lights and the break clamps from alba. If you use the clamps you have to put something around your frame mine wouldn't tighten up enough, and the little pieces of the rubber wouldn't let me clamp around the frame. I had to move mine to the front bumper because were I had the lights at on the frame would shine into the bumper a little bit.

awesome I planned on using the alba ones. would you suggest like a piece of heater hose split wrapped around the frame and then install the clap.on the hose?

I bought these for myself for christmas, I just got plastics w/ out a hole for the oem headlight so i had to figure something out. I liked the trail tech set up but i didnt want to spend like 250 so i spent close to that and made something custom lol. I made a custom 1/4 inch plate aluminum bracket that mounts on top of the bar clamps, and, well came up with this. one light on low and 2 come on on high, had to use 2 50v diodes. heres the link and some pictures of the lights installed. the pictures do not do these lights justice, the iphone went into extreem daylight mode. Highly recomend these lights, super white/bluish bright light.

Well the piece of rubber they send with you is almost as thick as heater hose. Need something about a 1/16 of an inch thickness

ok co, I'll figure something out. how well do those cree's shine? I have several single bulb cree flashlight a and they are beast as hell and those lights have 4. I'm very interested now.

I am hoping to get it out this weekend at night and take some pictures of the lighting ability, keep u posted they are bright as heck in the garage tho.
