Found A Cheap Z

i found a local ad near me someone has a "08 Z400'' i talked to him about it.... it does not run says needs top end i seen a pic on my cell phone and the plastics looking really beat also but its hard to tell..... i asked if he has a title he said he did but lost it and said he should be able to get another one. he said it is gonna cost him $400 to fix it he dosent have time or money so wants it gone. he is asking $600!!!! i dont think thats bad for a 08? i have a 07 i figured if it is to beat i can use it for parts. what does everyone think????

I'm sorry I smell something fishy......it's just to cheap and no title in hand. If you see a title and the serial number matches the title then buy it.

i will not buy it without a title. he said he can get one for it but something just dosent seem right to me either seems way to cheap for a 08
