Question Gussets

I need gussets for my LTZ 400 and LT250R. So I posted something over on QRHQ and they directed me to this. Allstar Performance ALL22196 - Allstar Performance Gussets - Overview - SummitRacing.com That to me is an awesome deal !!! And that is for 10 of them! I know they are good becuase a couple people over on that forum have bought and installed them and said there awesome. So they definitley fit lt250r's and Zilla's but what about Z400's ? I'm thinking a gusset like that would work on any quad.

Also if someone can post up pics of there stripped down quad with all of the spots where you modified the frame circled or have any arrows drawn or something I would really apreciate it !!

Picture taken directly from GT Thunder website. The Bare Performance gusset kit has gussets in nearly all the same locations. The differences being the Bare Performance kit doesn't have gussets for the rear of the main frame (positions 6, 7, & 8) but there are a few additional gussets in the kit towards the front that are not on this pic.

Yeah. I kinda thought the same thing. If I was mobile and my Z was nearby, I'd get you some pics of my Bare Perfomance kit installed on my quad.

Thanks. I just want to know where all of the weak spots are so I can install gussets. It would just be easeir to see it in a picture rather to describe each spot.

i dont have arrows but you can compare a stock frame to mine. if there was ever a place these frames will crack i found it! i junked my walsh frame and brought the one in the build thread out of retirement because it hadnt been repaired 1000 times.
the ZOOKIE build!

also here is a link to the photobucket album where there might be some more pics

FYI - the sandblasted frame was my original 2003 frame that i had gusseted, and am now adding to it. so what i am saying is, there are more gussets on the frame (and braces or extra tubing) than the freshly welded ones.
