i got a price from them wasnt to bad so they just rebuild your old shocks right?an are they better than aftermarket?

Better than Fox or Elka? No, but for the money the quality is amazing. I have never had GTT shocks but from the bikes i have ridden with them, they are a huge jump from stock.

Aftermarket shocks aren't necessarily better than a GTT rebuild. From my experience, I felt my GTT rebuilds were very comparable to my Elkas. The rebuilds required very little time for me to tune in as well compared to the Elkas.

To answer your 1st question, yes, GTT will rebuild your stock shocks to your weight and riding style. Make sure you have 2005 or newer front shocks though.
