There are 2 o-rings in the little front brake fluid reservoir, one of them is inside and when it goes bad and you press the lever it doesn't create enough pressure. It happened to me and I wasn't sure what it was until the dealer told me. I changed the o-ring and the problem was solved. It can sometimes go bad when you change the brake fluid, I'm not sure why.

You will either have to get a same size o-ring from somewhere or change the whole brake fluid reservoir because Suzuki does not sell that part number by itself.

thanks, ive read about a couple different ways to bleed them so im trying those to see if ill get anything but if not the o ring does sound like it might be a problem because i started having problems when i noticed it was low and filled it with dot 3 instead of dot 4 fluid and thats when i started having problems.
