Generally my fan hardly runs at all. I have engine ice in mine. It was going on last weekend more then usual it seemed and that concerned me a bit......

Well we switched the stock cdi and whala it works now so the procom was my problem

Was the CDI the culprit, or was something else keeping your fan from running?
