wont rev over 3000 rpm

my 2005 ltz 400 wont rev over 3000 rpm, it seems to be loosing spark all switches have been checked. new spark plug tested coil, gear position sensor, thottle position sensor and all connection on wiring harness are good. starts fine and idles fine only at 1/4 thottle it just dies. can anyone help ps new cdi put on does the same thing

Sounds like a fuel problem, vaccum issue, clogged or broken fuel valve, Did you clean the carb?

Have you touched the neutral position switch? If it's not installed correctly the bike will think he is on reverse and cut off
