Lt250F hesitataion

Hi, I have a 1987 lt250f 4wd that im working on. It runs but boggs and hesitates when hot any ideas?
I have cleaned the carb and the old gas out of the tank

what does the spark plug look like? if its covered with carbon it may have a stuck enrichment plunger that is dumping fuel iin.

yes its preety black with some carbon, ill have a look at that. thanks
