It is rough but who knows with some tlc, might actually run. Would be a decent project quad.

If I were in your situation I would take the carb off clean it put a rebuild kit in it. Then put the carb back on put the boots on then get a new spark plug in the head.
Drain the old gas put fresh gas in.
Then see if it tries to start.
But let us know for sure if your gonna part it out or not.
