Doesn’t really answer my question, but with all of that work being done at once, it could be any number of things.
Try starting on prime (or just get rid of that junk factory petcok and put on a Raptor660 version) to ensure an efficient supply of fuel is getting to the carb.
After that, check that the timing hasn’t changed.
Of course, the usual dirty carb is always a possible culprit.
