2003 Ltz 400

I got a 400z not too long ago. Itís been sitting a while and the carb was in terrible condition. I took it apart cleaned it all up and soaked it in cleaner for a few days. Now the thing will not idle. It runs great on the throttle but will not idle and you have to give it throttle to start it no matter what. Any help would be greatly appreciated. New plug, air filter, cleaned petcock, and tank.
