Ltz 400 no spark

So I was rebuilding my 2004 ltz 400 and I got it all together and it would not fire up just would back fire I still don't know why this is the first time I did a rebuild.. then I seen some of the wires going to the cdi was messed up so I thought that might have been it so I rewired them when I was messing around with it I think a wire touched and I blew a fuse now I'm getting no spark I went through the wiring harness and nothing ishort wrong with it I'm not really sure if it is the cdi or the stator or what but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Change the wiring back to what it was stock. Get the motor backfiring again then report back!

Can you elaborate a little more in detail about the wiring?
