I've seen over 67 and ran out of road. Other have too, even seen up to 70. I have not heard much beyond that.

riding next to my buddy, he's on a drz400 with digital speedo, in 5th gear at a little more then half throttle we were doing 62 mph so i think 70 is doable..... next time we go out i will check and see what is the top speed for my quad

Mine is not stock, but it will do 67 mph on sand with my skat-trak 8 paddle "edges" running 14/41 tooth gears. I weigh 185 pounds. When I only had a pipe and k&n, I hit 72 mph on a gravel road.

' 03 z-400- k&n, alba air-box flange, no-lid or snorkel , screen removed from air boot, 14/42t sprockets Renthal, DID atv-x-ring chain, skat-trak"edge" 20-10-10 8 paddle on itp rims, dura-blue axle, tusk nerf bars, factory 909 hand guards, intake and exhaust "Hot-Cams", ported-head ,Barnett carbon-fiber-clutch kit, full yoshi comp series exhaust, Dyna-FS Programable cdi" on setting #2 and a 434cc Millennium-Technologies motor that rips!!! and a Sparks FCR 39mm CARB, Works triple-rate with rezzies, pro-armor bumper, Red- shock Wears on front, Arens frame brace

GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN
