CLutch lever Mod help

Hey guys, I know I have seen several posts about blob removal and aftermarket clutches. But my question has to do with the parking brake assembly. I am interested in getting an aftermarket clutch lever perch and getting rid of the parking brake assembly. The only problem im running into is the fact that Im goin to have a parking brake wire hanging around that i dont know what to do with. I also dont even know if the parking brake works, is there any way to adjust it if i keep it? thanks guys!

Okay awesome! Yeah I did see the safety button would be a problem. I was thinking I could just tuck it under the plastics since it starts fine without it in the clutch lever as long as i dont detach it from the clip. THanks!
