FCR Carb Angle...???

So I've pretty much read everything I could find on the FCR carb swap here... one thing I never heard anybody mention was the angle that the carb sits at. - I guess I'm speaking to those who used some sort of straight tube for the Head to Carb connection.. I didn't know if the carb being at that angle (Leaning down towards the Head/ or Upwards towards the Air box ) would cause any Float/adjustment problems?

Thanks,
Rick

ME,.. Overthinking,.... never been accused of that before!?! hahahah! ... Just makes sense,.. if it is designed for the float and fuel level to be at a certain "Level".. while the carb is level,.. things could get a bit screwy if the carb is sitting at a bit of an angle,.. just theoretically speaking

Ok,.. not gonna sweat it,.. . of to rebuild the new carb and get it all dialed in with new jets and everything... then on to my EX air tube and air box mod....

If you build it right the front tires being off the ground will make up for that angle........

I was helping a friend with a yfz and the carb is mounted at the same angle or worse than when it's on a z400.

Only angle if your standing at the back of the quad the carb will be clocked to the left. Up or down wont matter. It barely fits as it is so if u get it in there right.
