2004 ltz 400 cutting out

Hey guys new to the forums here. Just trying to get a little help. I picked up a ltz out of a junk yard. 80 bucks. Everything was there except seat, some plastics and front wheels. Replace the starter, starter solenoid, carb, coil, plug, put raptor 660 petcock, jetted to 155 main and 25 pilot, new air filter, changed oil, sprockets and chain and took the airbox lid off. It's got a yoshi slip on I'm pretty sure(doesnt look like a full). Fixing to pick up a 434 big bore kit. But wanna figure the issues out first. Issue is it bogs hard on a second gear clutch dump and cuts out at 3/4 to full throttle pretty bad. Seeing if you guys with better ideas on these quads know what I need to look into.

I think your probably a bit rich Check out this page. I think a 155 DJ would be your starting point. Pilot may work depending on turns out.

Jet it down and see how it feels..

Dang so the mikuni jets are bigger than the DJ's that's different. Thanks for your input. We thought it was starving for fuel up top but I'll change the mains out and see what happens.

Oh ok sounds good I appreciate it guys. I plan on doing the extended screw from advantage which will make dialing that in a little easier
