Intake filter suggestion

When I got my quad, it came with a K&N filter on it. Some people hate them, some love them. I haven't had a problem with mine, but I always take a long time to make sure there is plenty of grease to get a good seal.

I'm about out of the oil, so I'm debating buying another filter that is a little more reliable without killing the power. Any suggestions?

Id stay with k&n. Carry a spare in case it gets wet and use an outerwear skin on it.
