Ok so I checked the valve clearance on my valves and they were all .20 mm. It has compression and spark and is getting fuel but it will not start without starting fluid and even then it hardly does. I have no idea what’s wrong with it or how to figure out what’s wrong with it anymore. Any thoughts?

If they’re all at exactly .20mm, intake is almost too far open and exhaust is almost too far closed. That could be the problem. I would set the intake at .15 and exhaust at .25 (or as close as you can get them).
IN: 0.10~0.20mm
EX: 0.20~0.30mm
At least that would completely rule them out and you could look at timing or something else. What numbers are you getting for compression?
