I seen this ECM on Ebay on Jan 2,2023 for auction does anybody know what Other Years this ECM will fit in ??

Looks like it is a recalled part. You can try looking at different years of the 700 on OEM parts at RMATV or similar online parts stores, see if the part #'s are the same..
