Yeah only has on off and reserve
The stock petcock has On, reserve and prime. It is controlled by the vacuum line to the carb.
Now, I ask again. Do you have the stock petcock, and is the line from the carb hooked to it?

I just bought the quad there is no pri on the petcock just on and res. ….. main fuel line is hooked up the quad runs great when I put a bolt in the vaccum line but if I take the bolt out of the vaccumm line it’s pops through the intake and eventually dies I guess my ? Would be is it safe to just ride it with the vacuum line capped?

Can you post a picture of said vacuum line? What AMCF is getting at is on the stock Carb there is a vacuum line that should connect to the stock petcock. It sounds as if someone has changed your petcock out and not plugged the vacuum line. And if the vacuum port is not plugged it will cause a lean condition.

Yellow line is vacuum line that I plugged with a bolt and makes it run great! Just wanted to be sure it won’t hurt anything being plugged off
Nope, you wont hurt it. That is the way it has to run with the aftermarket petcock you have.

Parts store will have a vacuum cap, take that line off and use that it'll do the same thing just clean it up a bit and not looked rigged.
