Howdie All,

Could someone explain why +1 foward on an aftermarket A-Arm for the Z's and X's is "NOT" recommended. I read that a couple of people did not like it, but in my search, I never found out why. Most suggestions lead to +1,2,or 3 out and 0 foward; just curious as to why this is and why exactly the +1 foward arm would possibly have a negative effect on our quads when it seems to work so well on other quad makes?

Thanks for the time,

EC

Nevermind, I found out why from an ATV SPORT magazine. For others who would like to know as well..........

Due to the location and angle of the steering stem, when and if you place +1 foward Arms on the Z's/X's it causes the bike to turn entirely too sharp.

That is why my +2+1 a-arms are up for sale. I've got a guy offereing $505 for them so I'm not making or losing money but I'm going to either get some +3 or +3 longtravels instead. I heard that on here and bought ATV Sport mag and read that article as well.
