Just drilled mine out - It is the Pilot air screw. Factory setting is 2 1/4 turns out. - Is it just me, or is working on these things BS compaired to the Honda's ??? Geez, all the plastic you have to loose or remove - ALL THE SCREWS ARE OVER TORQUED !!! I would hate to have to do that proceedure a bunch of times while jetting out in the field.....

Your right, Mine has a rubber cap on the pilot screw. Only the CA version has a brass cap over it. I was looking at the one behind it, I thought this was the air/fuel mixing screw. I started to drill it out when I noticed the CA note in the service manual. I’m not sure what the brass plug is covering, could not find anything the carb. diagram.

Thanks,
:D
