Ok I just bought a 2007 suzuki ltz 400, it was running good I changed the oil and plug and put a few dress up parts on it as well, including a manual cam chain tensioner(? Could this be to tight ?)there is not any noises or anything , the starter clutch was bad as well only working sometimes so I changed that as well upon putting it back together I did not tighten the magneto nut down all the way or forgot to check anyway it did shear the woodruff key so I replaced it put it back together now it starts fine idles good but at 3/4 throttle it spits a sputters and backfires like the timing is off, could this have happened when I sheared the keyway??any suggestions would be appreciated thank you .
