I got this from another site. Me and my son went to the spring ride last year and I took the wife to the fall poker run in Oct. This is an unbelievable place to ride, they have every kind of riding you could want besides sand. Great bunch of guys and gals too that really know how to put on a big event.

Windrock ATV Club made a few preliminary decisions concerning the Big Event Weekend at the October monthly meeting.
Here is the suggestd outline of what to expect as approved by Windrock President and Vice President/ "Red" Hudgins and Wally "Big Sexy" Maliskey:

72,000 acres of off road area
10 miles north of Knoxville, Tn
5 miles from Oak Ridge, Tn
Local Interstate access via/ I-40 & I-75

Short course of 30 miles or under. Prizes will be awarded for best hand(s). Awards to be announced at later date.
Sat. - Sled Pull - Will begin
immediately following the conclusion of the Poker Run. Sled Pull will be done under the lights well into the night time. you don't want to miss this. Night Sled pulling OUTDOORS !!!!!
Sat. - Night Rides - Will begin
immediately following the conclusion of the Sled Pulls. Guides will take groups out on Midnight Madness trail rides. Depending on the group and the guide on when you return from your trip in the A.M hours.

The ever so popular Mud Bogg and a Competition Obstacle Course will be on tap as the finale events to this great 4-5 days we will all spend together

PRE-REGISTRATION FORM and CUT OFF DATE- will be posted for you to download with donation amounts and mailing address as soon as we have it together.

Coal Creek OHV permits will have to be obtained for each day you plan on riding.

Make lodging arangements now for this upcoming special gathering. Primitive camping sites will be available at main parking area at no charge.
