I rebuilt the whole top end as it wasn't in the best condition. and now the thing wont start By Push Start Button I'm getting spark but it just wont turn over fast enough. it sounds like the starter is struggling to turn over. after a few seconds of trying to start It the Starter Relay Wires starts smoking. And Burns Out every Starter Relay if I keep trying to start it with the button. It Start No probably When I Bump Start It By Going Down a Hill or A Friend Pushing me needed another opinion as to what's going on. thank you

Did you try boosting the battery? Did it make any difference? Could be your starter is bad, and the increased compression of the new build is too much for it. What base gasket did you go with, and what cc is it now?

Did it crank over fine before the rebuild if so re-check you didn't get something right on re assembly?
also high resistance in the starting system wiring
#1 check the battery have it tested preferably load tested the CCA is the important factor
confirm the positive and negative cable resistance should be under .5 ohms from end to end
are the battery cables or starter getting hot to the touch ?
