I sometimes run PB'laster through this first to clean, but then I use Mobile 1 15.50 (or whatever) for the final oil. Been using this since way back in my dirt bike days in the '70s. Thought maybe I'd pass it on. Works great. Sometimes with a double jointed cable you have to clamp off the joint with another hose and two clamps. If the other end of the cable is in a sensitive area, might want to free it and wrap in a rag first.

This will push oil through just about anything. Fixed my buddy's boat throttle cable (40' long and corroded by salt water).

hmmmmmmm, I tried my store bought cable oiler thingy today on my sticky sandrail throttle cable and it didn't work worth a sh*t. I'm going to have to try and make up sometning like this.
I think I may buy a new cable though as well. It's not the kind of thing I want. You know 6000k full throttle, stuck....something real bad could happen before I could react. Either motor grenade or death and dismemberment.........
