Carburetor fcr 39mm hjelp whats this?

This fell out when i was connecting speed wire to the carburetor, no F. Ideas about what or where it shall be.... Hjelp???

I agree with amcf18 100% it is a something to do with a cable end it did not fall out or off the carb

Does the throttle mechanism work properly ?
If not you found out what is
Most likely goes on the throttle arm
