I bought a new carburetor and there is hose on the overfill and my old carburetor didn't have that there and the hose is really long and Idk if I should cut it or what I'm confused someone plz help

If you mean the float bowl drain at the bottom, then yes, it should be long enough to go down past the engine. If the float gets stuck, it will drip on the ground and not on hot things.

So what do I do with it leave it or cut it?

If you take it off, fuel drains on the engine. It’s supposed to be there to route fuel to the ground.

They come stock with them. Someone must have removed it.
