So I just put my old bmx bikes left brake levers and perch on my z400 in place of the clutch to get rid of that huge fat nasty look on the handle bars, soon will do the brake lever also. But for now I have to figure this out, when I pull in the clutch when it is in gear I roll the quad a bit but it still grabs a little. Not as near much as when you have it released but just a little. Is this normal? Will it hurt my clutch if not fixed? I need help with this.

That's not good, it's most likely because of the bmx lever not being as far out forward as the real clutch lever, therefore causing it to have too much slack on the clutch cable. You can adjust the clutch cable up top on the lever or down where the cable hooks up to the little round lever right on top of the casing. If you can't find it, just have someone pull the clutch in while you look down and can see where it is moving from. Never heard of this bmx mod before lol!

It is like the size of a ASV Shorty setup. Look up one of those.
