I would Do a new Timing Chain - Base Gasket - Head Gasket - Change the Valve Springs - put in new valve seals they are cheap - change the oil - replace the oil filter - go ahead and change the coolant - replace the valves to a one piece valve - check the valve spacing - port the head - 5 angle valve job - big bore - Stroker crank - Lighter flywheel - FCR Carb - the options are endless since you have it open.
