I will did open the fuel on bottom of the carb. And fuel ran out. But maybe I didn't keep it open long enough to see if it did slow down or not

Everything is stock and the is only one line from the petcock going to the fuel. I do see the other side of petcock but there is no hose hooked up to it. And if so where does that hose go. Please help

That's your problem. You vac line is gone. This is assuming you have a stock petcock. What does is say on the petcock? on, off. res or on, res, pri?
There should be a vac port on the upper left of the carb if I remember right. If it is plugged you should be able to run it on prime if it's the stock petcock and on if Raptor petcock.
How about you take some pictures?

its not on prime and the hoes is not there how does it run at all

Probably a ruptured diaphragm in the petcok. I'd replace it with the 660. The stock ones are known to be crap anyway.

You never replied with any clear answers to questions that were asked to help you with this issue. You never posted any pics to try to show us what you had going on, just a bunch of vague statements.
