I have a lt230 it keeps blowing the headlight any ideas

Moved to proper section..
Probably a bad rectifier or a wire shorting out somewhere. Get a voltage tester on it and see what it reads when you rev it up.

For sure there is short wire in your headlight harness. Check it thoroughly just to be sure.

ammeter is your best friend in these type of electrical issues.

Lopro is correct an ammeter would be handy in checking and tracing the problem.
