I bought a ltz 400 and it has an Athena big bore kit on it I was wondering if I could install a high compression piston as well or will that cause problems? And the piston size is 94mm on the Athena big bore kit and all the high compression pistons are 94.5mm does that mean I’d need work done to the Athena cylinder for it to work?

Most kits come with a piston that is matched to the bore. You can search in here, but I seem to remember seeing the minimum clearance from piston-to-cylinder is about 0.003”. The manual also has these measurements.
Common sense would say a 94.5mm piston won’t fit in a 94mm cylinder. The “high compression” piston is only taller, making the combustion chamber smaller, resulting in higher compression. The bore size is a completely independent measurement.
