how do you get the bottom a arms off the tope ones just poped right off thanks

smack it with a hammer thats what i had to do, they dont want to come off very easily :roll:

don't smack the actual control arm with a hammer, you'll bend it. hit the part of the steering knuckle where the ball joint goes into. if that doesn't work, which it should, you'll have to get a pitch fork to separate it.

DON'T ever use a pickle fork!!!!!!!!!!

You will put holes in the boots and then you are SCREWED because they don't sell just the boots. Found out the hard way on that one.

What works best is a spring spreader tool for a car or truck. You just stick it between the top and bottom a-arms and turn it a few times with a wrench and they just pop right off. That way you don't have to beat the crap out of your arms with a hammer. Not that using a little hammer negotiation is a bad thing, hammers are usually the best way to negotiate with stuborn a-arms, axles, tires, etc...
